Getting back to sketching again! This is my Dartmoor pony stallion Lightning (drawn with my left hand). After school I completed a Pre-degree course in Art and Design, and applied to do a degree in Fine Art. I got turned down, so instead I joined the traveling circus with my sketch book. After that job, I traveled more with my sketch book and then picked up a camera and became a photographer.
Evening light over High Wilhays from Yes Tor, the highest tors on Dartmoor. These two tors are situated on the northern part of the moor. Dartmoor was designated a national Park in 1951 and is 368 square miles (954 square kilometres) of moorland landscape, deep valleys, imposing granite tors and rapidly changing weather, which give it a special uniqueness.
This video is about my journey by horseback through Israel, the land of the Bible and includes the historic re enactment of the Charge of Beersheba in the 1WW
