Time seems to have flown by since I was compiling my 2024 Dartmoor calendar. I chose the above photo for the front cover as I love the colours in May. The fresh greens and bluebells ... and ponies! Now I am onto my Dartmoor 2025 calendar to be out for the summer tourist season !
My new Dartmoor pony filly Cuckoo out of my mare Sappora, which means bird in Hebrew as I had just returned from my ride around Israel. My bright bay filly was born at dawn five days ago and the Cuckoo was calling loudly!
Out early one chilly morning and suddenly my three Dartmoor pony stallions start performing - what a show they gave me! Here is part of their display I managed to capture on camera!
