Evening light over High Wilhays from Yes Tor, the highest tors on Dartmoor. These two tors are situated on the northern part of the moor. Dartmoor was designated a national Park in 1951 and is 368 square miles (954 square kilometres) of moorland landscape, deep valleys, imposing granite tors and rapidly changing weather, which give it a special uniqueness.

On Dartmoor last week we had some glorious days of snow and sunshine and I was out early with my camera to capture some beautiful shots for my future Dartmoor calendars. I love being a Dartmoor photographer!
